Production Support Executive

Job Description

Understanding the project features / designs / unique materials incorporated by the architect and interior designer / client Finding new factories that meet Insyde Studio's requirements and provide new ideas and designs. Creating weekly schedules and aligning vendors for resource allocation. Creating more standards in the modular department and finding new technologies, new hardware, and new materials for future design upgrades. Ensuring quality as per standards and specifications instructed by the Operation Head. Ensuring the factory team follows standards and specifications. Visiting the site during installation for proper QC of the product and installation. Creating daily schedules and coordinating with the factory team for daily production reports. Visiting factories as and when required. Consolidating the modular part as per design provided by the design manager and preparing the cut list and hardware list. Visiting the project site to validate the design and discussing required changes with the design manager. Working closely with designers to solve discrepancies in designs as per modular standards. Solving issues at the installation stage if there are discrepancies in products or production. Coordinating with the factory team, procurement team, and operation team for product deliveries. Ensuring 100% adherence to Insyde Studio processes. Maintaining daily progress reports, weekly reports, and production reports.
