Production support engineer

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer with 6+ years of experience to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless system functionality. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and customer-facing skills with expertise in Python, Linux scripting , and either (.Net Core + SQL Server), DevOps, or Angular . Key Responsibilities: Act as a primary technical contact for customers, providing troubleshooting and issue resolution. Analyze and resolve application, infrastructure, and deployment-related issues. Develop automation scripts using Python and Linux scripting to improve system efficiency. Work with .Net Core + SQL Server , DevOps , or Angular based on the project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance. Create and maintain technical documentation for support processes and troubleshooting. Ensure adherence to SLAs and provide timely resolution to customer-reported issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in a technical support or related role. Strong communication and customer-facing skills to handle client interactions effectively. Proficiency in Python and Linux scripting for automation and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: .Net Core + SQL Server for application support DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) Angular for front-end support and issue resolution Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
