Production Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily assembly operations to meet production targets. Ensure all assembly line workers follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Monitor product quality and ensure defective items are identified and corrected. Train and mentor assembly workers to enhance productivity and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of production output, defects, and downtime. Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is functioning properly. Implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance efficiency. Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and compliance with industry regulations. Address and resolve any production delays, worker issues, or technical problems.
