Job Responsibilities:

Setting up and managing processes on
VMC, UMC (3, 4 & 5 Axis)
machines.
Supervising and guiding operators to achieve production targets.
Ensuring smooth workflow and optimum utilization of machines and manpower.
Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings for production execution.
Monitoring machining processes and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Performing
GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
checks and inspections.
Driving
continuous improvement initiatives (CIP, KAIZEN, QC Tools, Core Tools, ISO / AS9100D standards).
Coordinating with quality, maintenance, and planning teams to resolve production issues.
Maintaining production reports and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of machining processes.
Expertise in process setting on VMC & UMC machines.
Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
Knowledge of inspection methods and quality standards.
Exposure to
CIP, Kaizen, QC tools, ISO/AS9100D compliance.
Ability to lead, supervise, and train machine operators.
