Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of production lines, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards. Manage manpower handling, including supervision and training to ensure effective team performance. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., planning, procurement) to optimize plant operations and resolve issues promptly. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in maintenance or production supervision in an auto components industry setting. Diploma/ITI certification in relevant field (Mechanical/Electrician). Strong understanding of operation maintenance principles, plant operations, rework processes, shop floor control systems.
