Job Description

As a Supervisor in Manufacturing, your role involves overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure production targets are met and maintaining shop-floor discipline. Freshers with a strong interest in leadership are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor production activities on the shop floor to ensure smooth workflow. - Supervise workers, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of production jobs. - Maintain equipment handling discipline and report any breakdowns or deviations. - Ensure proper adherence to safety rules, PPE usage, and 5S practices. Required Skills: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic technical understanding of manufacturing processes. - Leadership qualities and ability to supervise workers. - Problem-solving attitude with readiness to take responsibility. - Flexibility to work in shifts if required. Qualifications: - Any Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical preferred but not mandatory). - Freshers or 01 year of experience can apply. Please note that this is a full-time position.,
