Production Supervisor - FMCG & Food (Females Only)

Role Overview: As a female Production Supervisor at Open Secret, your main responsibility will be to oversee the night shift operations at our manufacturing unit. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining high quality standards, and effectively managing the team during the shift. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the night shift. - Ensure strict adherence to production schedules and maintain the required quality standards. - Monitor the performance of the team members and enforce discipline on the production floor. - Implement and uphold safety and hygiene protocols at all times. - Keep track of inventory levels and promptly report any discrepancies to the relevant teams. - Collaborate closely with the Quality and Maintenance departments to address any issues that may arise. Qualifications Required: - Female candidate (mandatory). - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the FMCG or Food Industry. - Demonstrated strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. - Willingness to work during the night shift.
