Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot production issues in coordination with maintenance and engineering teams. Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies. Optimize resource utilization (manpower, materials, and machines) to maximize productivity. Maintain production documentation, daily reports, and work orders accurately. Train and mentor operators and junior staff on processes, tools, and safety protocols. Collaborate with planning, quality control, and inventory departments to ensure smooth workflow. Identify areas for process improvements and contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives. Must have knowledge of computer.
