PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (CNC)

Job Description

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can Manage and oversee employees and their tasks Be 'hands on' and perform activities of workers supervised Set up program and modify machines and equipment Develop and manage production schedules and estimate hour requirements Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations Examine production results and ensure quality control Recommend measures to improve production Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems Coordinate job assignments and cross-training between and within divisions Confer with other supervisors and functional groups to coordinate activities of individual departments We Are Looking For Someone With At least 4+ years of experience in production and manufacturing with good results D.M.E., B.E. degrees Past experience in leading small teams Exposure to the requirements of automotive two-wheeler OEMs including EV OEMs A deep understanding of aftermarket requirements A greater understanding of IATF requirements; fully knowledgeable in ISO products and of 5S Salary Depends on Skill and Experience Show more Show less
