Job Description

Were Hiring: Production Supervisor – EV 2 Wheeler Division

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day production activities for EV 2-wheeler assembly and manufacturing.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality and delivery standards.
Monitor manpower allocation, workflow, and machine utilization.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality parameters.
Coordinate with Production Head, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Maintain daily production reports and update records.
Identify process issues and support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean).
Train and guide operators/technicians for smooth operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.
4–6 years of experience in EV / 2-Wheeler / Automotive manufacturing.
Strong understanding of production processes and assembly line operations.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage shop-floor manpower effectively.
