Production Supervisor

• Team and workflow management: Recruit, train, and manage a production team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Production planning and scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and customer demand, and adjust as needed to resolve issues.
• Quality and safety assurance: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and that all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Process monitoring and improvement: Oversee production processes and equipment, identify issues, and implement improvements to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Inventory and resource management: Maintain adequate inventory levels of materials and ensure the efficient allocation of resources, including manpower and equipment.
• Data and reporting: Track production data, maintain logbooks and ERP entries, and report on shift production summaries.

• Understanding of production processes, materials, and equipment.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
