Assembly Technician Job Description Follow Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and business compliance standards and regulations within the units. Responsible for respective Assembly Station and associated Production tools. Assembling of HVDC Valve Converters. Production documentations such as assembly / work instructions, Reports. Contribution to meet production KPI targets, FPY, On-time and On- cost delivery. Develop best practices to improve production capacity, Quality and Reliability. Improving manufacturing efficiency by analyzing of Workflow, Space requirements and equipment layout. Lean manufacturing and downtime. Assembly tools, Fixtures and ergonomics study. Maintenance of Shopfloor 5S. Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication or Instrumentation Engineering.
