Job Description

Role & responsibilities Oversee Master Production Scheduling (MPP) and ensure efficient workload/capacity planning. Manage raw material and sub-assembly flow to the workshop and finished goods distribution. Optimize supply chain performance and internal stock management (Kanban). Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times. Monitor and enhance downstream supply chain performance (BOL, OTD, Customer Lead Time, etc.). Act as Key User for SCM systems, ensuring data accuracy and system updates in SAP and local tools . Qualifications & Experience: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering . 5-7 years of experience in production and supply chain management. Strong expertise in demand planning, inventory management, supply chain optimization, and issue resolution . Proficient in cross-cultural communication and data-driven decision-making .
