Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives. 2. Material Planning: Plan and coordinate material requirements to ensure timely delivery and minimize stock outs. 3. Capacity Planning: Analyze and plan production capacity to ensure efficient utilization of resources. 4. Production Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and meet production targets. 5. Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. 6. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. 2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning and control in a manufacturing environment. 3. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including production planning, scheduling, and inventory management. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
