Hello Candidates, Greetings of the day Hungry Bird!! We are currently hiring for Production Packing Machine Operator for our client. Location: Hyderabad. Qualifications: ITI/Diploma - Fitter/Electrical/Machinist Experience: 2-4 Years. Job Responsibilities: - a) Shift Regular activities: 1. Set up machines to start a production. 2. According to the production plan control and adjust the machine settings. 3. Feed the raw/packing materials in to the packing machine. 4. Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools. 5. Test operations of machines periodically. 6. Fix issues that might occur during the shift. 7. Cleaning and maintain the good condition of machine. 8. Operate the machine with good efficacy & reduce the wastage as per the standard. 9. Work with a maintenance technician to complete all required repairs and maintenance for their assigned machines. 10. Need to be take over all responsibility of that line (Printing, Packing, Weight variation. Etc.) 11. Proper handover of the machine to the reliever with shift communication. 12. To operate the machines at rated speed. 13. To participate actively in trainings provided by the management. 14. To report any abnormalities, food safety to immediate supervisor. b) Ensuring: 1. Has to ensure and maintain product quality, food safety and safety. 2. Has to operate in a safe manner to ensure personal safety and colleagues. 3. Has to update the work permit book while doing major activities (Height work, Hot work, Confined space & Lockout-Tagout). 4. Has to maintain the GMP, self-hygiene in the shop floor. c) Accountable: 1. LPR documentation [All line clearance]. 2. To reduce overfills and laminate wastages. 3. Accountable for all the assets provided to carry the work safely.
