Our innovative, waterless robotic cleaning systems enhance solar panel efficiency, reduce operational costs, and promote sustainability. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a highly motivated Operations Executive to join our team. Job Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between production, deployment, and maintenance teams. Project Coordination: Plan and execute deployments of robotic cleaning systems at solar plants, ensuring timely and efficient implementation. Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers to optimize operational efficiency. Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs. Customer Support & Service Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth operations, addressing issues, and optimizing system performance. Data & Performance Analysis: Monitor operational KPIs, analyze system performance, and suggest improvements. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant safety, environmental, and industry standards. Requirements: Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field . 1-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or project management (preferably in the cleantech, renewable energy, or manufacturing sector). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools. Willingness to travel for site visits and project implementations as needed. Why Join Us?
