Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Operations Manager with 1 to 7 years of experience to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and quality control.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement quality control processes and standards across all production lines.
Monitor product quality at various stages of production to ensure adherence to specifications.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
Collaborate with QA/QC departments to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other relevant standards.
Establish and track key quality metrics such as defect rates, yield rates, and rework levels.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of QMS, standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485), and tools (FMEA, SPC, CAPA).
Leadership and team management abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ERP and manufacturing systems.
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Qualification: B.B.A, B.Sc, Post Graduate Diploma, M.Sc.
