Production Officer

Position Summary:

To oversee and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and meet quality and output targets.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely servicing of machinery and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support implementation of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and supervise production operators and shop floor staff.
• Collaborate with other departments (quality, maintenance, supply chain) for smooth workflow.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and control processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and safety practices preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
