Production Officer - API

JD -

a. As per production Manager /Asst. Manager/ instruction Process/Production to be executed in absence of executive.

b. Responsible for proper charge handover to another shift with filled BMR, Intermediate raw material, Intermediate solvent and recovery of solvent of their shift.

c. Production officer/ Sr. chemist/Chemist/Executive are responsible of whole shift activities.

d. To be checked availability of manpower and distribution according to work planning.

e. Responsible for training to the operator for all routine operation /new operation.

f. Responsible for no any casual workers work will operate the Equipments.

g. Responsible for maintaining ‘GOOD HOUSE KEEPING’ in plant.

h. Responsible for checking approved label of etch raw material, solvent recovery solvent status with analytical Data.

i. Ensure the all equipment and utility are operational before the batch charging and maintain in on going shift.

j. Break down occurs then immediate intimate to the respective department to rectify.

k. Prepare shift records and BMR. Also check that production is going on as per production planning or not? If not then inform immediately to Production Executive/Manager/Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager.

l. Responsible for Following points to be checked & to be updated in the plant.

• Update Status Board according to work all the whole shift.

• Balance to be checked and calibrate in whole section.

• Temp. Indicator calibration status to checked in whole

• Process, Cleaning etc. records to be maintained on online basis.

• Label on drums and carboys to be updated.

• Shifting of unwanted items at dedicated places.

• Quality and Quantity of product/intermediate to be ensure during production.

m. All In process samples to be send in Q.C according to process and report to be collect from Q.C and if not complies then inform production Executive and Production Manager/Deputy Manager.

n. Production officer checking all raw materials and all utility supply before batch charging and responsible for maintaining Quality and Quantity of the product.

o. Meet the In process specification / finish good specification with targeted yield.

p. Responsible for maintaining solvent recovery norms. Also try to recover maximum quantity of recoverable material.

q. Responsible for finished goods up to the final packing and transfer to BSR.

r. Responsible for maintaining GMP rules for manufacturing of product. Also maintain all records as per “GMP”.

s. Responsible for taking precaution for safety in plant.

t. Check the all critical parameter during batch processing.

u. Provide training to the all sub-ordinates as per training calendar.

v. Ensure PPE’s are used in plant by all employees.

w. Ensure “Work permit” is issued as per SOP.

x. Ensure hygiene practices are followed by all employees in plant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,554.33 - ₹30,408.06 per month
