Production manager(Garments)

-Plan, manage, and monitor the entire garment production process across all units.

-Prepare time & action plans for every order and ensure on-time dispatch.

-Allocate resources smartly to handle multiple orders without delays.

-Ensure production runs efficiently, meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.

-Resolve production issues swiftly through smart planning and quick decision making.

-Coordinate closely with design, sampling, fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching,

finishing, and dispatch teams.

-Maintain production quality standards and ensure only approved material is used.

-Implement quality control procedures and work to continuously improve quality

benchmarks.

-Track manpower and ensure optimal utilization without overburdening teams.

-Monitor daily production output, address deviations, and report progress.

-Identify and fix any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production cycle.

-Ensure all processes are followed as per industry standards and compliance norms.

-Provide leadership, motivation, and supervision to all production teams and

supervisors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
