Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Rooma. The Production Manager will oversee and optimize the production operations, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of products. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising a team of operators, maintaining compliance with safety and quality regulations, troubleshooting production challenges, and ensuring efficient use of resources. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and achieve production targets is an essential aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in production planning, process optimization, and operations management.
• Proficiency in supervising teams and understanding different manufacturing equipment and workflows.
• Familiarity with quality control measures and compliance standards (ISO, CE, ANSI).
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills to improve efficiency and manage challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
• A degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the industrial or textile manufacturing field.
