Job Summary: Marque Impex Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Production Manager (Marble) with expertise in managing marble product manufacturing processes. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring quality standards , optimizing processes, and ensuring timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Management Oversee the end-to-end marble production process , ensuring quality and efficiency. Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet delivery timelines. Monitor production output, machine efficiency, and workforce performance. Ensure availability of raw materials and manage inventory control . 2. Quality Assurance Implement and maintain quality standards in line with customer and company expectations. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to inspect and monitor products for defects. Identify and resolve production-related quality issues promptly. 3. Process Optimization Analyze and optimize production processes to reduce waste and enhance productivity . Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve operational efficiency. Evaluate machinery and recommend maintenance or upgrades when required. 4. Team Management Lead, train, and manage production staff to ensure efficient workflow. Promote a safe and compliant work environment by ensuring adherence to workplace safety standards. Motivate the team to achieve production targets and maintain high morale. 5. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams to align production with market demands. Provide regular reports on production status, challenges, and solutions to management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in marble or stone product manufacturing . Strong knowledge of marble cutting, polishing, finishing, and other production techniques. Experience in using CNC machines, marble saws, and polishing equipment. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills. Why Join Us?
