Production Manager - Set Fabrication

Job Description: As an Event Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless planning and execution of events. Your passion for exploring new technology and engaging with vendors will be key to pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Budgeting for a variety of events including Corporate Events, 70 EMG Intellectual Properties, Weddings, Award Shows, Festivals, and other 70 EMG events - Overseeing the design, execution, and production to meet client specifications - Ensuring quality control of external resources such as manpower, event-specific collaterals, and event production - Engaging with new vendors and managing existing vendor relationships, staying updated on the latest inventory and technology trends - Managing large-scale projects, monitoring progress, preempting issues, and resolving them in a timely manner - Directly interacting with critical clients, understanding their needs, and developing tailored project plans - Collaborating effectively with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of events Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Masters in Event Management/MBA - Minimum 5 years of experience in Entertainment within the Events, Weddings, or Live Entertainment Industry Desired Skills: - Operations and Production expertise - Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities - Knowledge of market trends and industry practices - Experience in mentorship and delegation - Proficiency in crisis management techniques Join us in creating memorable events and experiences by bringing your expertise and passion for event management to our dynamic team.,
