Job Description

Process Optimization : Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of efficiency, productivity, and quality. Implement changes to optimize workflows and minimize waste. Equipment Maintenance and Upgrades: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements to enhance efficiency and capacity. Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
