Role & responsibilities The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of production operations. This role ensures efficient production planning, accurate MIS reporting, timely delivery performance, and continuous process enhancements to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery Team Management: Lead and supervise production staff, providing training and performance feedback. Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for improving production efficiency and reducing waste. Inventory & Resource Management: Oversee material stock levels and ensure the proper use of resources in production. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Reporting: Maintain accurate production records and report on progress to senior management.
