We are seeking an experienced Production Manager who can lead high-precision machining operations with expertise in CNC, VMC, Turnmill, and advanced programming techniques. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Production Management: Oversee the entire manufacturing process from raw materials to final precision components. Advanced Machining Operations: Lead high-accuracy CNC, VMC, and Turnmill machining, ensuring top-tier aerospace standards. Process Optimization: Drive 2D & 3D programming, setting, and tooling selection for precision engineering. New Product Development (NPD): Collaborate with design & engineering teams to develop and scale new aerospace components. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to AS9100, ISO 9001, and other aerospace quality standards. Resource & Workforce Management: Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production timelines for efficiency. Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing: Implement process improvements, cycle time reductions, and cost-saving initiatives. Client & Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams to meet delivery and quality benchmarks. Required Skills & Expertise: Strong expertise in CNC, VMC, Turnmill machining & precision component manufacturing Mastery in 2D & 3D Programming, CAD/CAM software, and machining strategies Hands-on experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, and aerospace industry standards Proficiency in Process Engineering, Tool Selection, and Cycle Time Optimization Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple production projects Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills in high-precision manufacturing Why Join Us?
