Job Description

1. Proper Utilisation of Man, Machines and Material with for achieving the production targets. 2. Coordination with other connected functions for achieving the targets on daily, weekly and monthly targets for Production. 3. Trouble shooting, train and guide the production team. 4. Evaluate & Develop manufacturing processes, Equipment selection and maintenance 5. Investigating production problems, Estimate operational costs 6. Installing equipment, Production planning, Safety compliance 7. Perform In process audit, Poke yoke audit, process parameter audit. 8. Exposure in any of process like hydraulics Press Machine, Assembly Line Etc 9. Problem Solving: Offering decisive leadership and clear direction in everyday and pressure situations. 10. Process & Productivity Improvement: Identifying and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality. 11. Quality control, Inventory management, process improvement, MIS. 12. Review production data and guide shop managers to meet targets 13. Implement corrective actions to keep costs within budget and production loss under target levels by continuous review of data. 14. Training of all the members to identify risk hazards and unsafe conditions. 15. Identification of near misses and other incidents and ensuring countermeasures. 16. Create and maintain safety awareness in Junior Engineers & Associates. 17. Identify training needs, prepare skill matrix, prepare yearly training plan as per the skill level. 18. Ensuring effective TPM done in fixtures, tools & equipments in the line. 19. Ensure jobs are running necessary to meet proper cycle time and/or product quality. 20. Execute the scheduled plan. Support Lead Associates to resolve Problems 21. Ensure all products produced are with Best Quality Standards. 22. Monitor and control of effective implementation of improvements & Kaizen’s. 23. Monitor and control factory supplies and rejection costs in the Group with JEs. 24. Ensure Business KPIs met and within target. 25. Responsible for Plant Equipment & tooling breakdown reduction 26. Scheduling & overseeing all maintenance related work. 27. Achieve Monthly target in given time frame.
