Job Description

Role & responsibilities Production Planning: Develop and execute production schedules and plans to meet production goals, customer demands, and quality standards. Resource Management: Manage production resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Quality Control: Monitor product quality and implement quality control procedures to ensure the production of high-quality goods. Cost Control: Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising product quality or safety. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage production staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all production personnel, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing practices to increase productivity. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished products. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with other departments, such as procurement, maintenance, and quality control, to optimize production processes. Reporting: Generate reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production progress and make data-driven decisions.
