Job Title: Production Head – Fashion & Apparel Location: East of Kailash (Near Kailash colony) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years preferred in fashion production or tailoring management About the Role: We’re seeking a dedicated and dynamic Production Head to oversee the end-to-end management of our tailoring and production unit. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and people-focused—able to ensure timely and high-quality output while also handling customer queries with grace and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Production Management Supervise day-to-day operations of tailors and production staff Ensure quality control, fabric usage efficiency, and timely order completion Streamline processes to enhance productivity and minimize errors Maintain a production calendar, prioritize orders, and meet tight delivery timelines Handle fittings and ensure customer-approved customizations are implemented correctly Team Leadership Assign tasks to tailors and interns, ensuring clear communication of each garment’s specs Conduct regular quality checks and give constructive feedback Motivate the team to maintain high standards and efficient output Customer Interaction Communicate professionally with clients regarding order status, timelines, and changes Coordinate fittings, queries, and post-delivery concerns with care and urgency Maintain a calm, solution-focused approach with clients at all times Inventory & Coordination Monitor fabric and trim inventory for ongoing orders Coordinate with vendors/suppliers when needed for urgent requirements Keep clear production records and weekly progress reports What We’re Looking For: Strong understanding of garment construction and tailoring processes Proven experience managing a small to mid-sized fashion production team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A balance of creativity and discipline in handling customers and team Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written preferred) Tech-friendly (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Drive) Bonus If You Have: Experience in luxury or designer fashion Background in customer service Skills in basic pattern-making or fittings Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + performance-based incentives
