Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Kanpur Nagar. The Production Manager will oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring that products meet quality standards and production deadlines. The role includes planning and coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards. Additional responsibilities include implementing strategies to optimize production processes and addressing any operational challenges.
