Qualification B-Tech./ Bachelors degree in operations management, Manufacturing, or a related field Role & responsibilities Communication with foreign buyers in English. Production Planning & Management, Process Improvement and Quality Assurance Compliance: Ensure that the factory complies with all relevant regulations, including labour laws, safety standards, and quality certifications. The Candidate to play a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing processes & ensure the timely and efficient production of high-quality footballs. Will be responsible for managing the entire production operation. This role will work closely with the owner for bringing innovation to production line & range. Preferred candidate profile Candidate with experience in Sports, Garments, Bags and Shoe industry. Opportunity to manage one of the leading Sports Balls manufacturing facilities in India.
