About the Role:

As a Production Manager at Exibex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our flagship conferences. You’ll be responsible for curating world-class agendas, bringing in high-profile speakers, and ensuring that every event delivers unmatched value to our audience. Working closely with the operations team, you will drive seamless coordination between content creation and event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and develop innovative, market-relevant conference agendas.
• Identify, invite, and secure senior-level speakers, thought leaders, and industry experts.
• Manage speaker communications, briefing, and pre-event preparations.
• Collaborate closely with the operations teams. Align agendas with event strategy.
• Ensure all sessions run smoothly on-site, coordinating with speakers, moderators, and panelists.
• Monitor industry trends to keep Exibex events at the forefront of thought leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in conference production, speaker management, or business research.
• Strong research, networking, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and thought leaders.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
