About the Role

Enoylity Media Production (Meru Land Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking a highly capable and experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily production workflow, ensure quality output, and coordinate efficiently between our Indian and U.S. teams.

This role is central to managing deadlines, monitoring team performance, and ensuring all production tasks move smoothly from planning to delivery. It requires a combination of leadership, operational discipline, and strong communication skills.

The position includes a split shift—physical presence during the day in the Nagpur office and remote coordination with the U.S. team in the evening.

Primary Responsibilities1. Production Management

• Oversee and supervise day-to-day production operations in the physical office (10:30 AM–2:30 PM).
• Plan, allocate, and track production tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of work outputs.
• Handle task prioritization, workflow realignment, and production planning as needed.

2. U.S. Coordination (Evening Shift)

• Collaborate with the U.S. team daily during the remote shift (7:30 PM–10:30 PM).
• Provide updates, receive instructions, sync production schedules, and communicate deliverables.
• Act as the primary bridge between India & U.S. operations to ensure full alignment.

3. Team Coordination & Leadership

• Assign tasks to editors, designers, and creative team members.
• Ensure clarity of expectations, timelines, and deliverables for each task.
• Conduct quality checks and provide constructive feedback on work submissions.
• Maintain discipline, time management, and accountability within the team.

4. Workflow Optimization

• Identify bottlenecks or delays in the production pipeline and implement solutions.
• Improve work processes, scheduling patterns, and internal communication flow.
• Maintain and update daily reports, production sheets, and workflow trackers.
• Ensure compliance with production standards and internal SOPs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in production management, media operations, or team coordination.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in split shifts (day office + evening remote).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable handling pressure, deadlines, and multiple ongoing tasks.
• Familiarity with media production workflows is a bonus but not mandatory.
• High accountability, ownership, and reliability.

Salary & Benefits
