As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire transformer manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Your role involves managing production schedules, optimizing workflows, and leading a skilled team to meet operational goals. Strong technical expertise in transformer design, testing, and production processes, combined with effective leadership skills, is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer requirements. - Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and minimize costs. - Implement and uphold quality standards throughout the production cycle. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations. - Possess in-depth knowledge of transformer types, design principles, and manufacturing techniques. - Accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Lead, mentor, and support the production team to drive performance and engagement. - Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in distribution or power transformer manufacturing, preferably in a managerial role. - Strong technical knowledge of transformer design, testing, and production processes. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards.
