We are looking for a talented Production and Inventory Manager to join our committed team and take our production process to new levels of quality and efficiency as we continue to grow our operations. Job Description: As a Production and Inventory Manager at Annachi.fr, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that our products/services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will be in charge of handling our suppliers purchases and maintaining our stock inventories, as well as coordinating with them. Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a highly motivated and skilled workforce. Plan and schedule production operations, ensuring that production targets are met within the specified timeframes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Supply Chain and R&D, to streamline processes and enhance product quality. Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies for increased productivity. Oversee inventory management and stock procurement to avoid production delays and cost overruns. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce wastage. Conduct regular performance evaluations of production staff and provide constructive feedback for their professional growth. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in production management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any form or equivalent work experience in stock management. Proven experience in production management, preferably in the ecommernce sector. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address production challenges effectively. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. Proficient in using production software and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams. Preferable for Puducherry Residents.
