Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Manager with 3 to 9 years of experience in the manufacturing or production industry. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and decision-making abilities, along with deep technical knowledge of electrical panels.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee production operations in the electrical panel division to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to achieve production goals.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, and design departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Implement cost control and efficiency improvement strategies to optimize production processes.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Job Requirements
