Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Manager to lead our agrochemical production team in Saykha, Bharuch, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
Develop and implement effective production planning strategies to optimize output and reduce costs.
Manage and supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance on safety procedures and best practices.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E) or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of experience in production management, preferably in the agrochemical industry.
Possess strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and management principles.
Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to make informed decisions.
Experience working on greenfield projects is an added advantage.
