Key Responsibilities: Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of aluminum and uPVC products. Team Management: Lead and supervise production staff, providing training and performance feedback. Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality specifications and comply with industry standards. Address quality issues promptly. Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for improving production efficiency and reducing waste. Inventory & Resource Management: Oversee material stock levels and ensure the proper use of resources in production. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Reporting: Maintain accurate production records and report on progress to senior management. Skills & Proficiency: Experience: Proven experience in managing production in the aluminum and uPVC window and door industry. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization skills. Education: Relevant qualifications in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field are a plus.
