Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Manager to streamline our manufacturing operations and ensure timely delivery of premium products. This role requires someone who can balance efficiency with uncompromising quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate daily production schedules across all product categories Oversee workflow efficiency and optimize production processes Manage production team staffing, scheduling, and performance Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with suppliers Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols Track production metrics, waste management, and cost optimization Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Coordinate with sales and operations teams for order fulfillment Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in food production management, preferably in bakery/confectionery Strong understanding of production planning and inventory management Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance Preferred Skills: Experience in premium/luxury food segment Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach To Apply: Email your resume to careers@aubree.in
