Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of production, including scheduling/timeline mapping, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Work closely with the creative team to understand project requirements and ensure that all elements are in place to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including CGI and retouching teams, to ensure that all project elements are completed to the required standard on time.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs/feedback and ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
• Manage and track project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and projects are delivered within budget.
• Coordinate and manage the delivery of projects, ensuring that all necessary materials are provided to the client.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
• Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement new workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff members and contribute to their training and development if needed.
  

Requirements

• 0 - 1+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a post-production company.
• Strong understanding of post-production workflows and processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, creatives, and production staff.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Proficient in project management software, such as ClickUp or similar.
