For our Operations team in Falta, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Production Manager.

About job:

• Achieves and exceeds production targets by delivering planned volumes on time, within specifications, and at the lowest cost.
• Defines departmental goals and monitors KPIs to ensure efficiency, performance, customer satisfaction, EHS compliance, and cost control.
• Optimizes resources such as materials, energy, manpower, tools, and facilities to meet production requirements for alumina chemical products.
• Anticipates and mitigates business risks to maintain stable and reliable production continuity.
• Controls and optimizes production costs, manages budgets, and oversees capital expenditures to improve financial results.
• Leads teams effectively, promotes open communication, and fosters a culture of best-practice sharing and collaboration.
• Coaches and motivates team members, resolves operational and maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime and costs.
• Provides accurate KPI reporting, reviews performance, and implements corrective actions to prevent delays and reduce costs.
• Maintains strong customer focus by ensuring on-time, in-full delivery of quality products.

About you:

• B.Tech/BE in Chemical or Ceramics Engineering from a government or reputed institute.
• 15–20 years of experience in Chemical, Process, or Ceramic industry.
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience managing a production department at plant level.
• Fluent in English and local language (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Internet applications and manufacturing software such as Process Control systems, DCS, spreadsheets, word processing, and statistical data analysis.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
