Production Manager

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead our furniture manufacturing unit — someone who understands design precision, technical detailing, and on-site quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end furniture production — from material planning to final dispatch
• Coordinate with design team for technical drawings, finishes, and approvals
• Plan and allocate daily work schedules to carpenters, polishers, and factory staff
• Ensure quality control, material optimization, and timely completion of orders
• Maintain records of production status, material consumption, and inventory
• Supervise installation coordination and dispatch logistics
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for materials and hardware
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and discipline within the factory.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Furniture Design / Interior Design / Production / Mechanical or related field
• 3+ years of experience in modular furniture or custom furniture manufacturing
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, joinery, hardware, and finishes
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and production details
• Leadership skills with hands-on approach in factory operations
• Knowledge of modular furniture machinery, edge banding, panel cutting, and assembly is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
