Job Purpose: We are seeking highly organized and proactive fresher candidates to support our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating various aspects of the VFX production pipeline, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across departments. Key Responsibilities:  Monitor Artist Activity and project progress: o Track and report on the progress of artists, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards. o Monitor and document the progress of ongoing projects, identifying potential issues and ensuring timely completion.  Organize Dailies Meetings: o Schedule and coordinate daily review meetings, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed and prepared. o Prepare and distribute meeting notes, follow up on action items.  Schedule Tasks and Ensure Deliveries: o Assist in the creation and maintenance of project schedules, assigning tasks to artists and tracking progress. o Coordinate with the Assistant Production Manager to ensure resources are allocated effectively. o Help ensure that all project deliverables are met according to the schedule and client expectations. o Assist in final quality checks and delivery preparations. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field.  Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.  Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
