• Supervise and manage the day-to-day production activities, ensuring that production goals and timelines are met.
• Lead, motivate, and train production staff to maintain high performance, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, maintenance, and engineering) to ensure smooth operations and resolve production-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the production process.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics (output, downtime, quality defects) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the planning and allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal production flow.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues during production and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, ensuring traceability and documentation for quality assurance purposes.
• Continuously evaluate production processes for opportunities to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
