Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Incharge located in Lucknow. The Production Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and delivered on time. Daily tasks include coordinating with different departments, managing production schedules, supervising production staff, and ensuring quality control. The role also entails resource allocation, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining safety standards in the production area. Qualifications Production management, resource allocation, and scheduling skills Experience with quality control and safety standards Strong leadership and supervisory skills Ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively Excellent communication and coordination skills Experience in the fashion or textile industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Textile Engineering, or related field Show more Show less
