Production Head

Job Description

Production Head reports to Plant Head. He has the responsibilities and authority for : · To follow the good housekeeping practices & maintain the proper cleanliness in the manufacturing areas. · To ensure that all production operations are carried out by adhering the cGMP. · Regularly monitor the yield of the product at every stage. · To ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by a designated person before they are made available to the quality assurance department. · To check the maintenance of the department and equipment. · To ensure that the appropriate process validations and calibrations of control equipment are performed and recorded and the reports made available. · To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of production personnel is carried out and adapted according to need. · The monitoring and control of the manufacturing environment. · Plant hygiene. · The designation and monitoring of storage conditions for materials and products. · The inspection, investigation of factors that may affect product quality. · Participation in investigation of customer complaints.
