Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end production operations of the distillery, ensuring optimal efficiencies and recoveries . Monitor and optimize grain-based production processes, including fermentation, distillation, and drying operations. Drive cost efficiency, yield improvement, and process automation for enhanced productivity. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory compliances . Develop and implement strategies to improve production output and recovery parameters . Lead and mentor the production team , fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. Ensure maintenance of plant machinery and equipment for seamless operations. Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and other departments to streamline operations. Prepare and analyze MIS reports, production data, and operational metrics for strategic decision-making. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 15+ years in grain-based distillery production , with a strong understanding of dryer operations . Industry Exposure: Hands-on experience in managing ethanol production and ensuring process efficiency. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, guide, and motivate large teams. Problem-Solving Approach: Ability to tackle operational challenges and drive process improvements. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of distillation, fermentation, and drying processes . Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, DIFAT Perks and benefits
