Job Description of operation Head(Forge Shop) Responsible for day to day planning & production of forge shop. Develop and implement ways to improve efficiency for production of hammers. Effective meeting with team to improve down time & keeping operation & die down time below the norms of 1.5% each. Utilization of (OEM) capacity for hammers. Control of NG/Power as per standard. Making cost effective production, and meeting daily (shift wise)/weekly and monthly target Improving the forge quality & making product within the standard variation, If required taking effective action. Maintain Quality. (Reduce rejection) Planning Tools And Dies Controlling Manpower and minimize absenteeism. And optimum utilization of manpower. Maintain EHS/ISO Documents (14001-45001). Ensure all the production related entry shall be done daily in SAP HANA. Follow up with purchase for consumable material. Inventory Control against Norms. TPM & 5S Implementation. Designation : AGM/DGM Must know Must have worked Hammer Shop closed die for flanges. Hammers like 16 Ton, 10 Ton, 3 Ton Piston, 2 Ton/ Bell Drop Hammer and 4000 Press
