Job Title - PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE. Location - Salem. Experience(Min & Max)- Fresher. Job Description - Lithium Battery Manufacturing, Battery Assembly Assemble lithium-ion and LiFePO4 battery packs with a focus on precision, consistency, and adherence to safety protocols throughout the production process. Quality Control Conduct thorough inspections and performance tests on assembled battery packs to ensure compliance with company standards and technical specifications. Equipment Operation Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery and tools used in battery pack manufacturing, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies or quality issues in the production process and provide actionable suggestions to improve workflow, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Component Handling Safely handle and assemble battery components such as cells, modules, BMS, and wiring in accordance with engineering drawings and standard operating procedures. Educational Qualification- Diploma- EEE, ECE, B.E-ECE & EEE.
