1. Candidate has strong & adequate knowledge of product and processes of uPVC/Aluminium Doors & Windows Manufacturing.
2. Candidate to have good knowledge of PPC.
3. To understand and interpret drawings & other technical specifications.
4. Assist with the overall total cost estimate for the work to be performed: labor, material, and outside services.
5. Actively participate in scheduling meetings with operation partners to finalize priority of work orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary lead times.
6. Knowledge have floor management & 5s activities. 7. Team building & developing.
8. Plan, review, test, and optimize the manufacturing process in compliance with the industrial standards.
9. Participate in new business development efforts, leading production team members.
10. Organize engineers and technicians to develop new materials and designs for our windows and doors products.
11. Preparing training modules of various products for installation training floor management.
